Ya se que la espera para que actualice la página ha sido larga pero también la cantidad de cosas añadidas es grande. De hecho la página esta completamente operativa ya, asi que os invito a que la recorráis sección por sección pues descubriréis bastantes fotos algunas de ellas muy divertidas.

Os cuento como ha sido el mes de octubre por aquí. Ya estoy completamente estabilizado. La universidad la llevo al día y he realizado alguna excursión por el país. También este mes he conocido muchísima gente nueva. En Bath Road desde hace dos semanas ya no soy el único español, ya que ha venido a vivir aquí Marina. A pesar de ello, en mi casa sigo hablando mayoritariamente inglés. El nivel de inglés sigue poco a poco mejorando y cada día se aprende alguna cosa nueva.

La semana pasada no hubo clases en la universidad así que aprovechamos para irnos un grupo de unas 20 personas a Londres. El viaje estuvo genial y Londres ha conseguido una vez mas que me quede con ganas de volver. Otra gente aprovechó la semana para alquilar furgonetas de 16 plazas y marchar a Escocia, lo cual no hubiera sido tampoco mala idea, sobretodo porque a partir de ahora anochece ya a las 5 de la tarde y además la lluvia y el frío en Escocia impiden una buena visita.

Y para terminar la semana pasada añadí una experiencia mas a mi curriculum: ¡¡estuve trabajando en una fabrica de pizzas!! 8 horas bastaron para que por mis manos pasaran mas pizzas de las que voy a comer en toda mi vida, manipule ¡¡3800 bases de pizza!! El trabajo era mecánico y sencillo, y por ser la primera vez fue hasta curioso. Es a través de una empresa de trabajo temporal, voy a ver si este fin de semana repito la experiencia :-)

Y el mes acabó ayer con la fiesta de Halloween, donde me disfracé de Conde Drácula. ¡¡Me lo pasé genial!! Tenéis las fotos en el apartado de fiestas.

A partir de ahora intentaré ser mas regular escribiendo este Log.

I know that the wait until I upgraded the page has been long but the quantity of added things is also big. In fact the page is already totally operative, so I invite you to look at it section by section and you will discover a lot of pictures very amusing some of them.

 
I'm going to tell you how has been here the month of October. I am already totally stabilized. I have the university studies well done and I have carried out some trip around the country. This month I have also known a lot of new people. In Bath Road since two weeks ago I'm no longer the only Spanish, since Marina has come to live here. In spite of it, in my house I continue speaking English for the most time. English's level continues improving little by little and every day I learn some new thing.

 
Last week there were not classes  in the university and we take advantage to leave a group some 20 people to London. The trip was brilliant and London has gotten once more me to be with desires of returning. Another people during the week rented vans of 16 seats and went to Scotland, it is not a bad idea, because from now it already gets dark at 5 in the afternoon and also the rain and the cold in Scotland impede a good visit.

 
And for finish last week I added a new experience to my curriculum: I was working in a pizza factory!! 8 hours were enough so that for my hands there were more pizzas of those that I will eat in all my life, I manipulated 3800 pizza bases!! The work was mechanical and simple, and being the first time it went until curious. It is through a company of temporal job, I will try to repeat the experience this weekend : -)

 
And the month finished yesterday with the Halloween's party, where I dressed myself of Count Dracul. I spent it brilliant!! You have the pictures in the parties' section.

Doy por inaugurado el Web Log en el que iré contando aquello que vea interesante o relevante de mi estancia aquí, para que en cierto modo podáis compartirlo conmigo aunque sea desde la distancia.

Mi tiempo aquí es limitado porque tengo muchas cosas que hacer y no me da tanto tiempo como pensaba a estar tranquilo en casa. Por eso han tenido que pasar 10 días para que a mi me de tiempo a empezar con esto, y además empezar de una forma muy limitadita. Poco a poco lo iré llenando de las experiencias que ya me han ocurrido o que me vayan ocurriendo.

El viaje que nos pegamos Evy y yo a través de Francia es de los que no se puede contar, hay que vivirlo! Gracias a Dios nos salió a pedir de boca todo y ha sido una de mis mejores experiencias. Cruzar el Eurotunnel fue algo especial, y luego la llegada a Inglaterra fue la mejor: De noche, lloviendo, y conduciendo por la izquierda! Pero lo cierto es que podemos presumir de que el lunes cenamos en Paris y el martes desayunamos en Londres :D Conducir por la izquierda es muy fácil.

La llegada a Wrexham fue muy buena. Enseguida me registré en la Accommodation Office y pude ir a mi residencia. La residencia está genial y la gente que vive en ella es fantástica. Además no hay españoles con lo cual tengo que hablar con todos ellos en inglés. No os imagináis el oído que se coge en solo unos días.

Los primeros días han sido de establecimiento aquí, el viernes ya tenía resuelta toda la matriculación y ya he podido olvidarme de los papeleos. Las clases las comencé el lunes, así que el primer fin de semana he aprovechado para viajar con Evy a Chester, Manchester y Liverpool. Chester es una ciudad con un encanto especial. Y las otras dos ya las conocía pero aun así siempre se descubren rincones nuevos...

También en los primeros días me he dedicado a conocer un poco a la gente de por aquí. En mi residencia estamos franceses, ingleses, un portugués, un árabe un africano y yo. En cuanto al grupo de españoles básicamente somos todos de Madrid o Zaragoza, aunque también hay gente de Barcelona.

El clima es muy variable. Los primeros días ha llovido todos, pero ahora lleva varios días sin llover y con una temperatura fresca pero agradable. Y los horarios de esta gente... a las 5 cierran y una hora mas no hay ya nada de vida en las calles. Los supermercados abren mas e incluso Tesco esta las 24 horas abierto.

Como no podía ser menos en un Erasmus, ha habido tiempo también para las fiestas! He acudido a alguna discoteca del pueblo (Envy y Liquid) y a las Kitchen parties o fiestas de cocina, que para mi gusto son las mejores!! En cuanto a la forma de salir de esta gente consiste básicamente en llegar a las discotecas a las 9 o 10 de la noche, beber, beber, beber, bailar, beber, beber, pelearse un rato y a las 2 todos para casa porque cierran todo. La bebida carísima, así que es una suerte la mía de no gustarme beber jejeje. Y como ya nos habían contado por allí, las galesas muy ligeritas de cascos y de ropa, salen como si fueran a una sauna o algo así y es bastante corriente verlas borrachas bailando y sobandose con tíos variados.

Y volviendo al plano académico las clases son obviamente en inglés pero no tengo ningún problema para seguirlas y estoy aprendiendo mucho vocabulario. Tengo también clases de lengua inglesa. El proyecto ya lo tengo elegido y la semana que viene tengo que llevarle a mi tutor (que es ruso) una pequeña investigación sobre conversores AC/DC.

I think as inaugurated the Web Log in which I will tell you things that I see interesting or outstanding here in my stay, so that in certain way you can share it with me although it is from the distance.

 
My time here is limited because I have many things to do and it doesn't give me so much time as I thought to be calm at home. For that reason it takes me 10 days to begin with this, and also to begin in a way very limited. Little by little I will go filling it with the experiences that have already happened to me or that they go happening me.

 
The trip that Evy and I had through France is one of those thing that one cannot tell, it is necessary to live him! Thanks to God it left us as requested everything and it has been one of my best experiences. To cross the Eurotunnel was something special, and then the arrival to England was the best: At night, raining, and driving by the left! But the certain thing is that we can show off that on Monday we have dinner in Paris and on Tuesday we have breakfast in London: D to Drive by the left is very easy.

The arrival to Wrexham was very good. At once I registered in the Accommodation Office and I could go to my residence. The residence is brilliant and people that lives in it are fantastic. There also are not Spaniards so I have to speak with all them in English. You don't imagine the hearing that catches in only some days.

The first days have been here of establishment, on Friday I already had resolved the whole enrollment and I have already been able to forget the paper works. The classes began on Monday, so the first weekend I have taken advantage to travel with Evy to Chester, Manchester and Liverpool. Chester is a city with a special charm. And the other ones I already knew them but even so there are always discovered new corners...

Also in the first days I have been devoted to know people of here. In my residence we are French, English, a Portuguese, an Arabic an African and me. And the group of Spaniards basically are all from Madrid or Zaragoza, although there are also people from Barcelona.

The climate is very variable. The first days it has rained everyday, but now it takes several days without raining and with a fresh but pleasant temperature. And this people's schedules... at 5 o'clock they close and one hour later there is not life in the streets. The supermarkets open more and even Tesco this the opened 24 hours.
 

As it could not be less in an Erasmus, there has also been time for the parties! I have gone to some disco of the town (Envy and Liquid) and to the Kitchen parties which for my pleasure are the best!! The way to go party of this people consists basically on arriving at the discos at  9 or 10 pm, drink, drink, drink, dance, drink, drink, fight a while and at 2 o'clock everybody goes home because they close everything. The drink is expensive, so it is lucky for me not liking me to drink jejeje. And how we already know, Welshwomen are very slights of helmets and of clothes, they dress as if they went to a sauna or something like that and it is quite average to see them drunkards dancing and being kneaded with varied guys.
 

And returning to the academic plane the classes are obviously in English but I don't have any problem to follow them and I am learning a lot of vocabulary. I also have classes of English language. The project has already been elect and next week I have to take to my tutor (that is Russian) a small investigation about AC/DC converters.
